The Spot On Laser Bracket for APQS machines with LED light panel for use with computerized quilting systems.

The Spot On Laser Bracket is the computerized quilter’s solution to clicking in exact points without lowering your needle down! This simple stainless steel bracket holds your laser pointer at the front of your APQS machine head, allowing you to shine the light into the dead center of your hopping foot. With the Spot On, you can mark the boundaries for your blocks, borders and other motifs on your APQS computerized quilting machine quickly and accurately.

Please be aware, the Spot On is ONLY for next generation APQS machines with the LED light panel. If your APQS machine has a fluorescent tube light hanging below your handles this laser bracket will not fit. You must have an APQS machine that has LED lights. If you are unsure if you have a LED light APQS machine, please email us a photo of your machine so we can help you.

The bracket is mounted to the left side of the machine head when standing at needle side of machine.

Remove two of the existing screws and replace with the longer screws provided with the bracket.

Plug the laser light into the APQS machine’s existing top laser light port and slide onto the new laser light bracket post. Shine laser into the dead center of hopping foot.

The Spot On is especially perfect for APQS Intelliquilter and/or Quilt Path owners. This bracket is only for APQS machines. It will not fit other brands. You must have an APQS machine with LED lights – not a fluorescent tube light.

Spot on Laser Easy Install. I do not have an open toe foot. Once I review the online picture of where QJ had the laser set, I was able to set my laser spot on with the needle. Does take some resetting after some use, but that is with any adaptation that vibrates. Thanks Angela for carrying this item. I will tell my friends about it.

Not so impressed... I think this is overpriced for what it does. It is a piece of barstock with a piece of round stock welded to it. The concept is good, however, the laser loses some of its energy when it is adjusted correctly and the light is inadvertently bounced off the top of the foot. This results in the laser light being somewhat obscured by the hopping foot. I do not have an open toe foot, so I don't know if that would help. Bottom line is that it works, not as well as I had hoped, and definitely overpriced. Engineering husband says that if the round stock was an inch or so longer, it might work better.
